HubSpot Architecture & Setup
New portals or messy ones. I design data models, pipelines, properties, and user setups that match how your business actually works.
HubSpot • RevOps • Automation
I’m Christopher Asuncion, the person teams call when their HubSpot setup outgrows quick fixes. I design architecture, automations, and reporting that make sense to sales, marketing, and leadership.
Think of Nxtode as the “next iteration” of your RevOps stack: cleaner data, smarter automation, and fewer surprises.
New portals or messy ones. I design data models, pipelines, properties, and user setups that match how your business actually works.
Lead routing, lifecycle, SLAs, NPS follow-ups, renewals, and revenue workflows — with guardrails, not chaos.
Dashboards that leadership actually uses: pipeline health, funnel performance, CS SLAs, and campaign attribution.
API-based integrations, custom coded actions, Make.com scenarios, and data syncs that don’t silently break.
A few examples of the kind of systems I design and support. Full write-ups will live in the blog.

Nxtode is my umbrella for the kind of work that rarely fits inside a standard job description: untangling CRM setups, mapping real-world processes into HubSpot, and building automations that people actually trust. I’ve worked with agencies, education providers, B2B services, and internal teams who needed more than “a few workflows.”
Most of my projects start with an audit and a working session. We define the actual problems, sketch the ideal system, then iterate with clear documentation so your team isn’t dependent on me forever.
Whether your HubSpot portal feels out of control, your reporting doesn’t match reality, or you just need a second brain on a complex workflow — send me a quick note and I’ll reply with a few options for next steps.

A simple HubSpot or form-based contact flow can be added later and wired into your own portal.
